Pancakes!

Yummy yummy! Best gluten free pancakes around. It is important to let the batter rest before cooking. Poor batter quickly onto the griddle and do not touch until they are ready to flip.

Yields1 Serving

 1 cup Pancake mix
 1 Egg
 1 tbsp Butter
 1 ½ cups Milk

Grab a large bowl. Add two cups pancake mix. And two eggs, two tablespoons of butter, and three cups of milk. Mix thoroughly.

Let sit for at least five minutes.

We need a hot griddle at 350 degrees. Pour one third cup mix onto griddle. Let cook until bubbles on top start to pop and lift one corner to make sure the bottom is brown.

Flip and cook another 2-3 minutes until browned.
