What do you want to know about me? I like to cook. I cook a lot. I have been a vegetarian for over 20 years – and yes I can make tofu taste good, and I have a gluten allergy, so I have been gluten free for a little over 3 years.

I live with my husband, one cat, and one dog. The husbands likes to eat what I make, and so does the dog. The cat, well he is a cat, he mostly watches and looks annoyed.

We have 3 nieces and 1 nephew. The youngest ones like to cook with me. One is already (strongly) hinting that she wants to be in a video for Aunt Mamie’s Menue! Keep an eye out for it – it should be a blast!
